As each Full Moon rises, I offer a limited number of Sound Journey Sessions!
February's Snow Moon got its name because of the typically heavy snowfall that occurs during this time of year, at least here in North America. It is a reminder that change comes from baby steps and it is not always showy. It illuminates the gentle stirrings that often create the most meaningful shifts. This is the time to trust the stillness and the truth of your own knowing.
The full moon marks a moment of illumination, completion, and release.
What is a Sound Journey?
A Sound Journey is an immersive and intentionally guided experience that invites you to explore your inner landscape through the lens of sound and vibration. Using a variety of sacred instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and the human voice, layers of sound and vibration are woven together to create an immersive soundscape. The journey may unfold in different stages, moving through moments of grounding, exploration, release, reflection, and integration. Along the way, you may experience shifts in awareness, emotional state, release, mental clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself. Each Sound Journey is different, and there is no right or wrong way to experience it; simply come as you are, let go of any expectations, and allow yourself the space to explore whatever unfolds.
Session Options
Choose from:
- Private Session for 1 person
- Shared Session for 2 people
Sessions are offered by exchange—you choose the amount that feels accessible to you. Suggested exchange:
- Private Session (1 person): $65
- Shared Session (2 people): $55 ($27.50 per person)
Optional Add-On: Oracle Card Reading (cash only)
- 1 card: $10
- 3 cards: $15

Practical Details
Sessions are held in Nepean at my home, near the intersection of Greenbank and Hunt Club. The full address will be included on your ticket and a preparation email with parking instructions and additional details will be sent a few days before your session. Please be aware that we are a cat-friendly home.
