We’ll begin with a silent herbal tea ceremony, creating space to quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll take part in a Release & Reset ritual before settling into a restorative Sound Bath & Reiki Healing experience to help you unwind, restore your energy, and make room for what you truly need.
