Join us for a joyful and community-powered day of support for local students and families in the metro area. We’re giving away free backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, and dental kits to help kids start the year strong.
What to Expect:
Free backpacks & school supply kits (first-come, first-served)
Free dental hygiene kits
Free haircuts from licensed barbers
Food: BBQ, taco truck, healthy snacks, lemonade
Basketball, music, and a classic car show
Resource tables for tutoring, mental health, mentoring & more!
Want to get involved?
We’re currently seeking:
In-kind donors (backpacks, supplies, snacks, etc.)
Barbers and volunteers
Local nonprofits or Black-owned businesses to host tables
Sponsors and community partners
