About this Event
Join Our HR Conference - State of the Union for HR in 2026
Get ready for an exciting in-person gathering this spring! Join fellow HR leaders in higher education for an energizing day designed to tackle the challenges shaping our profession right now. We’ll kick things off with a dynamic panel of CHROs sharing candid perspectives from the front lines. And later hear from keynote author Kelly Jones, Unleashed Potential. Throughout the day, we'll hold sessions that explore the issues keeping HR teams up at night—and the opportunities ahead—including building cultures of psychological safety, navigating rapid change, addressing burnout, and preparing for the impact of agentic AI. Expect practical insights, honest conversation, and meaningful connections with peers who understand the unique demands of higher ed HR.
