Trinidad Lake State Park is hosting a live reptile and arachnid presentation featuring Jarod “Snakeman” Johnson.

This family-friendly evening is filled with discovery, education, and scientific wonder—designed to inspire a deeper appreciation for some of Colorado’s most fascinating creatures.
Activities are rain or shine. The amphitheater is located past the Visitor Center on Carpios Ridge. Follow the signs for the walking trail. These activities are free to the public, however all vehicles are required to have a Park Pass. You can purchase a pass at the Visitor Center or any of our self-serve stations.
