Hosted by wellness coach Rebecca Joelle and transformational coach and chef Ray Hippolyte, this intimate gathering explores the connection between how we eat, how we live, and how we experience life.
Together, we'll enjoy a curated selection of plant-forward charcuterie boards, seasonal bites, refreshing mocktails, and thought-provoking conversation in a relaxed lakeshore setting as we watch the sunset.
This is not a cooking class, nutrition seminar, or networking event.
It's an opportunity to slow down, be present, connect with like-minded people, and experience food as more than fuel.
Throughout the evening, we'll explore simple ideas around conscious eating, mindful living, and creating greater awareness in our everyday choices.
