This interactive workshop is designed for both caregivers and children to explore healthy snacking together. You'll gain insights about nutritious snacks and how to make them tasty and affordable. We’ll demonstrate how to prepare three healthy snacks, and you will be able to try them. You'll leave with more than a dozen easy-to-follow recipes that you can immediately add to your family’s menu. We understand you might have questions about your family's dietary needs. That's why a nutrition expert will be on hand to answer questions.
