We are thrilled to invite you to the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance’s Annual Meeting & Arts Party. The event will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. Our theme for this year’s gathering is “Standing Together: Arts and Culture in Solidarity.” Join us for an evening to celebrate the power, resilience, and unity of Greater Philadelphia’s arts and culture community!

Every year, the Cultural Alliance’s Annual Meeting & Arts Party is the night when hundreds of artists, cultural leaders, creative entrepreneurs, and supporters from across the region come together to celebrate, collaborate, and look ahead. You’ll hear updates on our advocacy and other initiatives that are crucial to the vitality of our sector—especially, during these challenging times. Get a sneak peek at what’s next, and enjoy regionally inspired food and drinks from 12th Street Catering while mingling with friends old and new.

• Non-Members: $50

Dress code is business casual. The Annual Meeting & Arts Party is an 18+ event.

Event Schedule:

• 6:00-6:30 p.m. | Registration
• 6:30-7:30 p.m. | Performances and presentation in the Auditorium
• 7:30-10:00 p.m. | Arts Party in Dinosaur Hall and North American Hall with networking, music, wine and beer, and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
