What's Included:

• All materials needed to create your own decorative smudge sticks
• A variety of smudging greens, florals, crystals, and twine
• Free tea and snacks for all attendees

What You'll Learn:

• Smudging 101: An introduction to the practice and its benefits
• Creating Sacred Space: How to set intentions and create a sacred environment
• Herb Breakdown: Understanding the specific roles of various herbs in clearing energy

Class Information:

• Each participant will make 2 smudge sticks
• Minimum of 4 participants per class
