SMT 2025 Annual Meeting

The meeting will be held at Hotel Rock Lititz, 50 Rock Lititz Blvd, Lititz, PA 17543. Registration will begin at 10:30 am and the meeting will start promptly at 11 am.

Annual Meeting: Each member of the Susquehanna Municipal Trust (SMT) selects a representative to serve on the Plan Committee. An annual meeting of the Plan Committee is required to conduct business of the Trust.

The annual meeting also provides an opportunity to receive an update of the Trust, network with other SMT members, meet the SMT’s Board of Trustees and the various consultants working on your behalf, and hear a panel of legal experts discuss recent legislation regarding first-responder mental health and other workers' compensation issues. A buffet lunch will be served.

Important Reminder: SMT Members will receive a separate email with the annual meeting announcement, details of the agenda items, and a proxy form and ballot as per the bylaws of the Trust.
