Manual repetitive work as the business owner is learning how to establish their rhythm for sales experiences, scheduling, and social media. These tasks often are harder to handoff than to just do yourself, but this interactive workshop will allow you to optimize your administrative tasks and shift your focus to the bigger vision and future of your business.

Being inspired by entrepreneurs in my community catalyzed a pivot from software engineering to product development in 2020. In that pivot, I started to learn more about early-stage startups and working with non-technical founders. I started in consulting and have worked directly with founders, mentored in accelerators, hired as the first employee at startups and contracting with support organizations.
