SMOOTH GROOVES: w joie ♡ Beyonce special edition class ♡ and fundraiser

This dance-based conditioning class features a playlist featuring the one and only Beyoncé! Expect exercises that stretch and lengthen the muscles, and a bonus dance combination- open to all levels!

Join Joie for SMOOTH GROOVES the Beyoncé Edition at Dance Exchange on Sunday, October 19th from 7:30-9:00 PM.

All ticket sales for this class will be donated to the Cancer Connection Resource Center, a Black Woman-Owned and operated resource center established in 2017 to provide financial resources and support to persons with cancer going through ongoing treatment. ♡ read more on their website

There will be an added focus to building mobility in areas most impacted by women experiencing discomfort from breast cancer treatment, please invite your moms, aunties, and sisters who would benefit from this experience!
