Smoky Quartz Meditation Workshop

Doors open at 7 pm, we will open the circle and set intentions at 7:15 pm.

Join us to connect with the energy of Smoky Quartz through a guided meditation and intuitive channeling. In this experience, we will consciously and intentionally connect with the Spirit of Smoky Quartz to receive the energy and messages it has to share. Through breathwork and guided visualization, you’ll be supported into a receptive state that allows for different visuals, sensations, emotions, and energetic activations to unfold.

Everyone will be provided with a Smoky Quartz palm stone to meditate with. There will be an opportunity to purchase the palm stone you meditate with if you feel a special connection.

Smoky Quartz is one of my favorite crystals for grounding and protection. It brings about an undeniable energy of stability and assurance to our physical and spirit body. It works to bring light into our field to clear away any darkness, tension, stress, worry, or bad mood. With a clear and grounded energy, it promotes focus and organization.
