Smoky Hill United Methodist Church Summer Movie Series - I Was a Stranger
This summer, the Smoky Hill United Methodist Church Racial Justice Task Force is hosting “Friday Night at the Movies” — a three-part film series focused on justice, compassion, understanding, and community.
We’d love to invite not only our church family, but neighboring churches and friends throughout the community to join us.

🎥 All The Empty Rooms PG-13
All the Empty Rooms is a documentary that follows journalist Steve Hartman and photographer Lou Bopp as they travel across the United States documenting the preserved bedrooms of children killed in school shootings. Through conversations with grieving families and quiet images of untouched rooms, the film explores loss, memory, and the lasting impact of gun violence on families and communities. Rather than focusing on politics, the documentary centers on the humanity of the children whose lives were cut short and the love that remains behind.
Come for the movie, conversation, and community. All are welcome.
