Join us on Sunday, 26 April at Smokin’ In The Valley and take your place at the judging table as elite pitmasters battle it out for the title of Swan Valley’s Best BBQ Comp.

This is a KCBS-sanctioned competition, which means you need to be KCBS-approved, as you’ll be judging by international standards and helping crown the best BBQ team of the weekend. From perfectly cooked chicken to mouth-watering brisket, your taste buds are in for an unforgettable experience.

Places are strictly limited. Register now to be part of one of WA’s premier BBQ competitions.
Admin fee: $50 – Includes your official KCBS judging seat, judging kit, and the full BBQ judging experience.
Judging schedule – Sunday, 26 April
Check-in: 9:30am
Chicken turn-in: 12:00pm
Pork ribs turn-in: 12:30pm
Pork turn-in: 1:00pm
Brisket turn-in: 1:30pm
Judges dismissed: 2:00pm
Presentations: 3:30pm
Set within the vibrant atmosphere of the market, you’ll be surrounded by live music, great food, and the electric energy of competition as the smoke rolls across the valley.
