Blake John- one of Smokeye Hill's founders- will be on site to talk about their award winning bourbon!

First Course: Rye paired with a charred steak tostada.

Second Course: Standard Proof paired with a grilled pork chop, bourbon smoked baked beans and jalapeno corn coleslaw.

Dessert: Barrel Proof paired with dark chocolate caramel ice cream.
