Grab some smoked chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and more!
This meat isn't just good, it's fantastic. Meat raised on pasture in Schuylkill County. Butchered in Schuylkill County. Cooked/smoked in Schuylkill County. You'll taste the difference. Come out and grab some smoked meats, before we sell out!
Now, for the slabs!
We'll have wood slabs from local hardwoods, milled at Honey Brook Farm. This means maple, oak, walnut.
Plus, we'll have exotics, sourced from southwest USA like acacia, olive, mesquite, and more. (Yes, we have connections there - the Mecks called AZ home for a short time.)

Event is RAIN OR SHINE. It will be held in the parking lot of the Farm Store. Either in the main lot or under the drive thru awning (between the Farm Store and Centre St.
