Smoke Out Diabetes: Charity BBQ Cook Off presented by LEGION

Get ready for a great time at LEGION's annual Smoke Out Diabetes BBQ Cookoff! Join us in person for a fun-filled day of delicious food, raffle items, yard games, and family gathering.

Smoke Out Diabetes will be at Sue Haswell Park on April 12th from 1:00-4:00PM.

Help tackle the fight against type-1 diabetes by purchasing a ticket! All proceeds will go towards funding a thrilling summer camp experience for affected kids at Camp Sweeney. The camp has a full team of medical professionals that helps with their every need while engaging in normal summer camp fun! Donations to the camp will help fund a variety of things such as campground maintenance, food and drink expenses, and scholarships to send kids to the camp.

Every ticket gives access to:

• 1 FREE raffle entry (with additional entry purchases)
• 1 ballot to submit votes for the best food
• A plate to try out all the competitors entries
• Yard games and music to enhance the fun!

This ticket is specifically for attendees. If you are a competitor, please submit your information on the Google Form HERE.

All cooking/smoking/barbecuing will need to be prepared beforehand and be brought to the event with adequate transportation to keep the food warm (most likely a cooler). We also kindly ask that you bring your own serving utensils. Plates and silverware will be provided by LEGION.
