About this Event

Join us on September 12, 13, and 14th 2025 for an exciting weekend at the Blount County Jr Fire Academy's Smoke on the Water 2.0 at beautiful Lake Guntersville State Park! This KCBS-sanctioned BBQ competition will bring together competitors and pitmasters from across the nation for a weekend of fierce grilling and delicious flavors, all while supporting a great cause.

Event Highlights:

KCBS BBQ Competition: Top BBQ teams will battle it out for the ultimate bragging rights.
Prize Pool: Prizes awarded will be greater than $5000
Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Perfect for all ages, with activities for kids and adults alike.

Free parking is available onsite.
Restrooms and handwashing stations are provided.
Teams will receive (1) campsite with full hookups (power, sewer, and water) with registration. Additional campsites are available upon request at an extra fee.
