Join us on May 16th from 6–8 pm for an immersive pairing experience that dives deep into the rich, layered world of bourbon. From smoky and oaky notes, to the subtle sweetness that lingers at the finish, each pour is thoughtfully paired to bring out something new.

This four-course pairing kicks off with a welcome cocktail, followed by a lineup of indulgent bites — think maple smoked bacon, brisket sliders, nutty smoked cheeses, and a decadent local chocolate to close it all out.
