Skye will be your host for this gathering! She is the creator of Native Heritage Apothecary a local herb shop + holistic health therapist. Her facilitating style is flowing + interactive! You won’t leave an event or gathering without something in your hands to take home! ABOUT THIS GATHERING
This gathering is going to be centered around learning more ways to prepare & use herbal smoke medicine blends. We will be hands on making herbal incense with raw plant material & blending herbal smoke medicine for consumption if you desire. You are welcome to bring your own smoking device if you do not want to use rolling papers that I will be providing.
This is a great way to introduce various Smoke Medicine practices into your life that serve the purpose of healthy living, ritual & energetic clearings.
There will be no tobacco or cannabis provided at this event.
WHAT TO BRING
This will be in the grass at the park near the gazebo by the river. You’ll need to bring something comfortable to sit on like a yoga mat, sheep hide, cushion & blanket. There are some picnic tables available & you can bring a folding chair if that is more comfortable for you. Dress appropriately for the weather that day!
If it rains we will move under the shelter by the river.
Hot herbal tea will be provided during this event. Feel free to bring a vessel for the tea - cups will be provided if you do not have a vessel.
