Come out on a Saturday morning and spend some quality time with your area first responders as we pay tribute to Captain Charles Krampota – LODD AVFD. The Alvin Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting a run, walk, ruck along the scenic Tom Blakeney Jr. Hike & Bike Trail starting and finishing at the National Oak Park. Stay to watch as your hometown heroes test themselves to win coveted prizes.Fun Run:
✅ 5k Run, Walk, Ruck
✅ Open to everyone
✅ All registered participants will receive a T-Shirt
The First Responder Challenge:
✅ 5k Stokes Basket/Spine Board Carry w/ 150lbs Minimum Dry Weight (Police, Fire, EMS)
✅ Four person team
✅ Prizes for 1st , 2nd & , 3rd place
All proceeds go to the Alvin Volunteer Fire Department equipment project.
Registration is $30 up to March 31st, then $35 April 1st- June 18th & Late registration is $40 on June 19th thru race day.
