We're excited for another epic Rare Beer Challenge during Rare Disorders Month in March 2025.Craft breweries from around the region will be invited to come up with their version of a rare beer using rare ingredients and unusual brewing techniques in an effort to win the esteemed title of Rare Beer Champion.
A panel of judges, including expert cicerones and representatives from the rare disorder community, will spend a full day in Wellington determining which brewery has created a truly unique beer with a good story to boot. The winner will be announced on the night of the Rare Beer Challenge.
The public are invited to come along to Smoke Ashburton on 7th March to try some of the entries for themselves.
This is a great fundraising event for Rare Disorders NZ and a fun evening to celebrate rarity! Come along, bring your friends and join the fun, enjoy delicious food and beers while supporting Rare Disorders New Zealand.
