Start your Sunday with movement and community! Join us for a fiery dance session, led by Lauren Keating, as part of our "Sunday Morning Movement" series. Focused on this weeks Values in Action: Care for the whole person. Just in time to celebrate for Mothers Day

After the session, enjoy an opportunity to shop before the mall opens.

Followed by a shopping session from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

A bit about Lauren:

Meet Lauren, the Heels and Chair Dancing Program Director & Head of Business Development at the Underdog Dance Corp. in Uptown Waterloo! Dance has helped Lauren create deep, meaningful connections with others and herself throughout her life. She now teaches Heels, Chair Dancing, Hip Hop, and more for people ranging from 13 to 65+. She is passionate about teaching adults with no prior dance experience and has yet to experience anything as uplifting and empowering as a room full of people cheering each other on at the end of a dance class.
