A bit about Jade:
My name is Jade Martindale and I started leading fitness classes in 2012 with my first program, Zumba! Zumba is so freeing, and so much fun and really solidified my love of music and movement. All that high-impact cardio led me to sore joints which made me seek out a yoga practice. In 2015 I received my 200 hour Yoga certification and in 2016 I open Big Bliss and started teaching Blissbarre, my own take on the popular ballet inspired movement method. Big Bliss is now almost TEN years old and has helped thousands of people move in our non-judgmental, non-competitive environment. I am so lucky to have found our new location in one of Kitchener’s historic firehalls – the most beautiful space to hold our beautiful community.
