Come celebrate Black History Month with Crossroads Blues Society and the Rockford Public Library on February 22nd with the Smiley Tillmon Band featuring Kate Moss! This event is open to the public and it is free. This is our third annual Black History Month celebration at the JR Sullivan Theater and we hope to see a great crowd there to help us celebrate! There will be a cash bar.
