30-minute yoga practice to prepare the body for rest.

This class is suitable fo rall levels (beginner to advanced). Carmita will guide you through a calming practice that will stretch soothe and calm the body preparing you for a good night's sleep.

Sessions take place Thursdays in September 9pm - 10pm. Starting in October sessions will be 30 minutes (9pm est-930pm est).
