Join us for Take Up Space, Sis October event: Smash the Shadows: Bloom in the Dark 🌙✨ A space for women to shine through self-care, movement, and supporting local women-owned businesses.Bring a pumpkin to use as weight during our bodyweight workout and then smash it for a fun, therapeutic release (don’t worry—it will be donated to our local Pebsworth Farms for the animals 🐷🐓). After, enjoy an evening group walk/jog, spooky-good raffles, and refreshments while connecting with the girls.
💖 Plus, support our holiday food drive by bringing non-perishable items (up to 10) and get entered into a raffle to win a family meal or individual meals from Manzanita!
✨ Local businesses are contributing amazing raffle prizes, including self-care, photography, fitness fun, and more.
