Come to Choices on Thursday, September 25 @ 3:00pm for our next Smart Money Habits class. Your facilitator for this class is Bethany Gardner-Grant, Financial Relationship Senior Consultant-Team Lead with Regions.
The topic for this class will be all about home buying and preparation! This class provides an overview of the homebuying process, from financial preparation and mortgage basics. Participants will learn how to budget for a home, understand credit and loan options, and navigate real estate transactions. The course also covers the responsibilities of homeownership, including maintenance, taxes, and long-term financial planning.
