With 100+ mature maple trees on our 118-acres, the SM&NC is one of only two official maple sugar producers in Fairfield County. During this adults-only evening, you’ll learn all about our maple syrup operation and discover how the 2026 season is going so far. We’ll go through the process from sap to syrup in our Sugar House + Cidery, taste different grades of syrup, sample some maple bourbon, and enjoy maple-inspired treats.Members: $25
