SMALLS at Palmito: Summer Supper Club

We're stoked to hook up with Palmito to cook some proper tasty small plates!
This club will run in two back-to-back sessions - lunch (2pm - 4:30pm) and dins (6pm - 8:30pm).
Jack will be cooking up 5 courses of summery, seasonal small plates. A nice mix of veggie/vegan.

Padron Pepper Skewer, Smoky Peanut Chilli Satay, Spring Onion (Ve)

BBQ’ed Fennel, Pickled Gooseberries, Radishes, Labneh (V)

Heritage Tomatoes, Kisir, Pickled Shallots (Ve)

BBQ’ed Beets, Black Pepper Cherries, Goats Curd (V)

Tayberry Compote, Rosemary Crumb, Black Pepper Cream (V / Ve)
