Families and friends are invited to gather for the Christmas Tree Lighting at 5:30 p.m. and enjoy a mini concert featuring classic holiday carols, performed by BassICally Live Vocals!At 6:00 p.m., Santa will parade through town, finishing at the corner of Woodin and Emerson in Historic Downtown Chelan, WA, where he’ll light the Christmas tree! Sing along to carols, snap a photo with Santa, and soak in the holiday spirit all around.
Also kicking off bright and early that same day is Plaid Friday! Plaid Friday is a fun, community-minded alternative to Black Friday that encourages everyone to do their holiday shopping with locally owned and independent businesses. We invite everyone to wear plaid to show support—you’ll even spot many of our local businesses wearing Small Town Holiday plaid!
