A Friday evening for single people in their 20s and 30s in a private room at Elicit Brewing in Fairfield. Two and a half hours of structured small-group conversation, a drink on us, and a room of people who are all there for the same reason. A short walk from the Fairfield-Black Rock Metro-North station, so you can come straight up the line and skip the parking.

The format A Singles Salon is structured conversation in small groups of 3-4, never one-on-one. Over five seated rounds (fifteen minutes each) and a final standing mingle, you rotate through the room and actually talk to everyone there. Every table has conversation cards, real questions worth answering, not awkward icebreakers. The structure does the work, so you can stop thinking about it and just talk.

Bracelets At check-in you can grab a colored bracelet, or two, or none, that signals what you're open to: friendship, something casual, or something serious. A low-key way to read the room without the awkward ask.

Who's in the room Most people at a Singles Salon are looking to meet someone. Some are looking for new single friends in the same age range, or both. All of it is a valid reason to be there. Everyone in the room is single and there to meet people, so there's no guesswork, and we consistently run close to a 50/50 gender split. Most people come solo, but you can save on the ticket price if you bring a friend.

The drinks Your ticket includes a drink.

The venue The back room at Elicit Brewing is a private space off the main floor, warm and low-lit, closed to anyone not at the event. Walkable from the Fairfield-Black Rock Metro-North station, with parking on site if you'd rather drive.

The night doesn't have to end at 9:30 When the salon wraps, Elicit's own late night kicks off at 10. Stay for it or don't, either way the night's yours.
