CT State Northwestern Entrepreneurial Center presents the Small Business Seminar: Legal 101

Most startup and small business owners aren't legal experts. But every business needs to interact with, follow, and be aware of the laws that govern their company and their industry. In this seminar, you'll learn from attorney/CPA Gideon Rothschild what regulations exist that will impact your business, from incorporation to paying taxes, protecting your personal assets, and eventually growing and potentially selling your business. You'll also learn what business form to use (S-corp vs. LLC), what new changes in the law mean for you if you are an LLC or corporation, and you'll get a chance to ask your most important business-law related questions.

This seminar will be taught by Gideon Rothschild, a retired attorney and CPA with extensive experience advising business owners on tax and asset protection planning.
