Join us on June 11 for a hands-on Small Business Workshop: Succession & Exit Planning, designed to help business owners think strategically about the long-term future of their companies.This interactive session will explore how to prepare your business for leadership transitions, ownership changes, or eventual sale. Participants will gain insight into business valuation considerations, operational readiness, continuity planning, and the financial decisions that influence long-term outcomes. Whether you plan to transition in five years or fifteen, the time to prepare is now.
The workshop will be facilitated by Mike Jones, Founder and President of Ataraxia Advisory Services, a CEPA® and CFP® professional who specializes in financial planning and exit strategy for business owners and executives. Drawing from his experience advising companies across industries, Mike will provide practical guidance to help owners approach succession with clarity and confidence.
Open to all and free for Chamber members, this workshop is ideal for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and executives who want to build lasting value and prepare for what comes next.
The workshop will be held in person at the Chamber office with a Zoom option available for those who cannot attend onsite.
