Get ready to move, breathe, and feel amazing in this energizing class. Whether you're working off that extra slice of pie or just want to start your shopping day feeling great, we'd love to have you join us.
What's in Store
We'll wake up our bodies with some flowing sun salutations (don't worry, we'll ease into it!), build some heat with standing poses, then melt away any remaining tension with deep stretches. And yes, there's a nice, long relaxation at the end – because you deserve it!
