Learn how to become certified for government contracting for Women, Veterans, and Small Disadvantaged Businesses!
About this Event

Join Startup Junkie and the Arkansas APEX Accelerator and learn how to become certified for government contracting for Women, Veterans, and Small Disadvantaged Businesses!

Did you know that the federal government offers special set-aside government contracting opportunities for businesses properly certified as small disadvantaged, women-owned, and service-disabled US veteran-owned businesses? This workshop will review how to become certified as one of these businesses to secure these contracts.

Please join Kimberly Randle, Arkansas APEX Accelerator Procurement Counselor, to learn about the various small business certifications available through the Small Business Administration, and the State of Arkansas. She will walk you through the federal and state registrations, rules, and processes needed for your business to sell your products and/or services to government entities.

The Arkansas APEX Accelerator is part of a national network of accelerators working to help businesses compete successfully in the government marketplace, and its mission is to assist Arkansas businesses to succeed in obtaining government contracts. There is no charge for Arkansas APEX services.
