SLTC captains will lead groups of all paces from the Goodr Cabana to the Ciclavia course for 7 mile or 14 mile out and back routes. Go short long or long long on a closed course before the bikes arrive 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️💨

Either way, we'll all meet back at the cabana for music, vibes, free Goodr Shades and post run drinks and snacks to refuel. 🥯 🧃☕️

The event is free and spots are limited so only RSVP if you're for-real gonna make it :).If your plans change, totally cool, just cancel the ticket so another runner can go. 😎☮️
