Slow Sundays are an opportunity to connect and recharge. Each event will highlight some of our favorite artists, makers, and collaborators in a space that is welcoming and creative.

Join us for an exploration of moving, writing, and meditation to start your day. On purpose. No prior experience necessary. Cozy drinks will be provided.
Kelly King moves people and ideas. She works as an interdisciplinary artist and facilitator collaborating with businesses, schools, nonprofits, community groups, and individuals. Her essays appear on her Substack Embodied Life, A Good Little Girl Zine, and Bourgeon: Fifty Artists Write About Their Work. She is the CEO of The Movement Movement and artistic director of BodyWise Dance. Kelly lives with her people and pets in Washington, DC.
