About this Event

An in-person experience in Venice, CA. Space is limited.

Slow down your Sunday and give yourself an hour to reset.

Join Avi Sherbill, founder of SoundRx, for a 60-minute immersive soundbath designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

The experience begins with a guided meditation and gentle breathwork to help settle your mind and body. From there, you'll be immersed in the rich, layered sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and gong.

As the sounds fill the room, you're invited to simply lie back, listen, and allow your nervous system to shift out of the constant demands of everyday life.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, mentally drained, or simply craving an hour to yourself, Slow Sunday is an opportunity to rest without having to do anything at all.
