About this Event
A midweek reset inside one of Edmonton’s most calming spaces.
Join us for a Slow Sunday experience (on a Wednesday) at the Muttart Conservatory — an evening designed to help you slow down, step away from your phone, and reconnect with yourself in a quiet, intentional way.
We’ll begin with a relaxed walk through the pyramids, followed by a simple planting experience where you’ll create something to take home. The second half of the evening is yours — to read, reflect, explore, or just be.
Event Flow:
7:00 – 8:00 PM
Guided walk through the pyramids + planting activity
Each guest will plant a small take-home plant
8:00 – 9:00 PM
Quiet time + open exploration
Read, journal, draw, walk, or connect with others in a low-key setting

We encourage a phone-free experience (but no pressure — just an invitation).
