Join us for Slow Rise Yoga — a peaceful, all-levels slow flow class to awaken your body and mind in harmony with nature. We’ll be practicing on the grassy grounds of Stoney Acres Farm, a sweet little family-run farm tucked right in the heart of the city.
This is a chance to move intentionally, breathe deeply, and feel grounded — all while surrounded by the sounds of the morning and a few friendly animals (who may stop by after class to say hello 🐐🐓).
✨ Bring:
Yoga mat
Towel for under your mat (grass can be dewy)
Water bottle
Whether you're new to yoga or just want to slow things down and reconnect, this hour is for you. Come early to settle in and stay a little after to visit with the animals.
