Join us at the beautiful Stoney Acres Farm in Cary for a powerful evening of healing and connection as we welcome the Fall Equinox.
This special event blends the stillness of yin yoga with the vibrational medicine of sound healing — all held in the peaceful, natural setting of a family-run farm right in the heart of the Triangle.

A slow, grounding yin yoga practice (all levels welcome)
A deeply relaxing sound bath to reset your nervous system
Space to breathe, reconnect, and set intentions for the new season
Friendly farm animals (after the soundbath experience), golden hour light, and good vibes
