Slow Poke Run Club: 8km Edition

THIS MONDAY, we’re going the extra distance!

Our usual Monday run is 5km — but for this special Slow Poke Long Haul Run, we’re stretching it to 8km! Same friendly, no-pressure pace, same welcoming vibe, just a little more road under our feet.

✨ Perfect for:

• Runners looking to try a longer distance
• Anyone who loves a steady, social pace
• Slow Pokes ready for a mini challenge
