About This Class

Slow Flow Yoga is a breath-centered slow Vinyasa Flow class where students move fluidly through a sequence of poses synchronized with the breath, helping build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindful awareness.

Each session includes:
• 45 minutes of guided movement and flow
• 15 minutes of guided meditation and relaxation

Classes are enhanced with essential oils, quartz sound bowls, Koshi chimes, and sound healing tools to create a calming and restorative experience for the mind, body, and spirit.
