Class 1: Vinyasa Yoga with Cydne 6-6:45pm
Join Cydne for a soulful, slower-paced Vinyasa Flow designed to strengthen the body and settle the mind. Through mindful movement, steady breathwork, and intentional holds, you'll build mobility, deepen body awareness, and cultivate balance from the inside out. Expect a grounding practice that leave you feeling challenged, centered, renewed, and deeply refreshed.
Class 2: Sound Bath + Guided Meditation with Susan Ray 7-7:45pm
Join Susan as she leads you through gentle guided meditation to help you slow down, ground, and turn inward. You'll lie back and relax as you're immersed in the soothing vibrations of cystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong. The sound bath is designed to quiet the mind, release built-up tension, balance the nervous system, and guide you into a deeply restrative state - the kind of rest that's hard to access in everyday life. Unwind, reset, and give your system the space to fully exhale.
Choose the experience that speaks to you — a grounding Vinyasa Flow or a restorative Soundbath. Two ticket options are available, but guests may register for one class only.

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.
Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.
Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.

Cydne is a 300-hour trained yoga instuctor passionate about guiding students back to themselves through mindful movement and breath connection. Her classes create space to cultivate calm, presence, and inner strength while encouraging students to move with both intention and power.
About Susan Ray:
Susan is a spirituality guide, strength coach, and yoga teacher who helps people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, meditation, and sound. She creates spaces for deep restoration, embodiment, and inner connection. She's passionate about helping people feel strong and radiant, inspiring people to live in a soul-led way
