We'll ease into some grounding postures, unwind through some twists and backbends and finish with some longer yin-style holds to close out the practice.Deftones is Deftones is an American alternative metal band formed in Sacramento, California, in 1988. They are known for evolving beyond their initial nu-metal roots into a more experimental and unique sound, sometimes described as psychedelic metal or “the Radiohead of metal”.
