Hello ~ You're invited to my turn to guide for the Carrollton Yoga Collective at the Lake Carroll pavilion. It will be a slow and restorative yoga flow with a crystal sound bath with sacred songs for savasana.
Bring your own mat, props you need, and anything to be comfortable for the sound bath - pillow/folder blanket for under head, pillow/bolster under the knees, something to cover the eyes...
Donations are accepted and appreciated, but not mandatory.
