About this Event

Step into a grounding yoga flow designed for all levels — whether you’re brand new or refining your practice.
This session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching to help you release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body.

Expect a warm, welcoming studio environment where you can move at your own pace and build strength through slow, controlled transitions.

A calming reset for the body and mind.


What to Expect:

– A slow, accessible flow for all abilities
– Breath-led sequences
– Deep stretching + mindful movement
– A restorative closing section
– No pressure, no experience needed


What to Bring:

– Comfortable clothing
– Water
– Optional: your own mat (mats also provided)


How to Find Us:

Please head to the LIVINGWAY building, 19 James Street, Liverpool, L2 7NP, directly opposite James Street Station.

Look for the LIVINGWAY signage at the main entrance.

When you arrive, please call 0161 711 1222 and a member of our team will welcome you at the door and guide you to the Yoga Suite upstairs.
