Experience the calming and rejuvenating benefits of a slow flow yoga class. It focuses on moving mindfully through a sequence of poses, allowing for deliberate transitions and deeper exploration of each posture. Ideal for all levels, this class offers a tranquil space among the exhibits in the museum to connect with your body and mind while being immersed in art and history. Instructed by Venita McGuire with Nomadic Yogi, this class is sure to help you slow down and feel rejuvenated after. Spots are limited so mark yourself going on the Facebook event or reserve your spot by calling the museum at 580-256-6136. $12 donation to the museum for the class. Must bring your own mat!
